To stem the rising tide of suicides, the federal government dispatches investigators to identify individuals with potential emotional disorders.

However, Tracy, who serves as one of the investigators, becomes the target of an anonymous accusation. To prove her own innocence, she must confront a friendship shattered by guilt, and face the trauma left by her best friend’s suicide.
