《大雄的隨意門》講述了玉如的艱辛人生。她從小與峰青梅竹馬，18歲懷孕後為了他放棄學業，卻發現他染上賭癮並背叛了她。峰拋下妻子與兒子，留下債務，玉如只能獨自撫養大雄，並成為裁縫店老闆。隨著大雄長大，她因對男人的不信任而漸漸疏遠他。直到一次交通意外讓大雄昏迷，玉如才意識到自己從未真正了解兒子。她決定試驗「隨意門」科技，希望能喚回大雄的意識。
“If only…..” tells the story of Jade’s difficult life. She grew up with Fung as childhood friends and, at 18, became pregnant, sacrificing her education for him. However, she later discovered Fung’s gambling addiction and infidelity. He abandoned her and their son, leaving behind debts. Jade persevered to raise Tai Hung alone, becoming a tailor shop owner. As Tai Hung grew, her distrust of men distanced her from him. It wasn’t until a traffic accident left Tai Hung comatose that Jade realized she had never truly understood her son. She decided to try the experimental “If only…..” technology to awaken him.
