In a world where everything comes with a guide, following those guidelines guarantees getting what you want, yet the blind adherence of people drains life of its excitement and spontaneity. Emma, the designer of the instruction manuals, is secretly aware of the constraints they create. She starts to change the guidelines she writes and finds the users still follow the manuals without question. Until a complaint leads Emma to a convenience store, where she meets the owner, Zach. After their encounter, they discover they are not the only ones questioning the guides…
