Former Hong Kong track star Lei, now a debt-ridden unlicensed vendor, races through streets with her cart of paper funeral offerings, chased by enforcement officers. Broken in business and dreams, she finds hope when a girl claiming to be her grandmother rekindles her spirit.
Together, they turn traditional paper offerings into an online sensation. Amid incense and ashes, Lei relearns why she runs: life is not about escaping, but stumbling forward with light—now she runs for herself.
