捨棄有時 Take Time

人生中難免有很多遺憾，如何面對才是人生的一大課題。有人會選擇沉溺於當中，任由這個夢魘在心中洄游，亦有人終能解開心結，適時把遺憾捨棄，原諒自己。

家居整理師何思瑤日常的工作是幫忙客人整理家居，然而卻一直未能為自己作斷捨離。家中的物件愈積愈多，何思瑤一直逃避不去面對。後來一次震撼的經歷令她反思現況是否她希望的人生，最終何思瑤鼓起勇氣作出改變，終於願意面對埋藏在雜物堆背後的東西，最終把遺憾好好整理，用時間讓它慢慢過去。
